Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.

Vintage items are inspected thoroughly before shipping, but slight imperfections due to age are not considered defects and cannot be returned for that reason.
How to Return an Item

Once approved, package your item securely and use a trackable shipping method to return it to the address provided.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or incorrect orders.
Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-10 business days for processing.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding any shipping fees.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it following the steps above and place a new order for your desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@retrova.com. We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or full refund.

All sale items, discounted items, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for returns.
